3. Full Service (tenant placement, monthly management plus tenant replacement)
Our full service package includes tenant placement, monthly management PLUS a second tenant placement service at NO CHARGE in the event of an early termination. Early termination can be a result of military transfer, abandonment or eviction. Full service also includes a reduced tenant placement charge on the normal completion of a tenancy.
