Thank you for taking your time to show one of our listed rentals.
The compensation we offer is in exchange for the following services
- You accompany the interested party and show the home.
- If your client wants to start the process, a rental guidlines acknowledgement, ‘complete’ application, and verification authorization need to be submitted to us to start the screening process.

►IMPORTANT > Incomplete applications can not be processed

Each person over the age of 18 yrs old needs to have their own set of three (3) completed application docs.

Please provide a copy of a government issued photo ID card, 2 months bank statements, 2 recent paycheck stubs . If self employed, last years tax returns or other verification of income needs to be provided.

There is a $35 screen fee for each applicant.

Should additional information be needed from the applicant, as a result from the screen/credit check, you will be notified of the requirements. You will be responsible to obtaining such information from the applicant. SORRY, WE CAN NOT PROCEED WITH THE SCREENING PROCESS WITH AN INCOMPLETE APPLICATION. Timing is of the essence.

Final decision on denial and/or acceptance will be provided to you to convey to the applicant.

We will prepare the lease agreements and set appointment for the signing and final pre-move in walk through. You are welcome to attend. ALL leasing forms will be prepared by Hidden Market Rentals.
Once the applicant/tenant’s certified funds are received by HMR, we will issue you the commission check within 5 days of the bank deposit.
